Intrest in supply of offshore services

Woodside Petróleo Operaciones de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. is currently progressing the development of the Trion field in Mexico. As part of the Project’s contracting and supply strategy, the Company is conducting a market assessment for the supply of offshore services.

PURPOSE OF THIS EOI

The Company invites potential suppliers with previous experience to express their interest in the supply of all or part of the Offshore Services.

Intrest in Mechanical and Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) contractors

Woodside Petróleo Operaciones de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. is currently progressing the development of the Trion field in Mexico. As part of the development Woodside intends to secure offshore mechanical and electrical construction services to support the Hook-Up and Commissioning (HUC) phase of the FPU’s preparation for start-up operations.

PURPOSE OF THIS EOI

Woodside is soliciting expressions of interest (EOI) from reputable Mechanical and Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) contractors (hereinafter each one referred to as “Contractors”) to provide offshore construction services in support of the HUC phase for the Trion FPU.

Intrest of fixed-wing aviation services

Woodside Petróleo Operaciones de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. is currently progressing the development of the Trion field in Mexico. As part of the development Company is seeking to improve operational efficiency in Logistics Operations.

PURPOSE OF THIS EOI

Woodside is soliciting the interest of reputable fixed-wing aviation services providers experienced in the provision of charter services and associated support services.

Interest of fuel suppliers

Woodside Petróleo Operaciones de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. (“Company”), as Operator under Contract No. CNH-A1-TRION/2016, is currently progressing development of the Trion field in Mexico (“Project”). As part of the development Company will be required to secure the provision of diesel fuel to designated offshore supply vessels or another Company contracted or subcontracted vessels.

PURPOSE OF THIS EOI

Company is soliciting the interest of fuel suppliers (hereinafter referred to as “Contractors”) for the Project, experienced in supplying fuel to vessels with the specifications provided in the document.

Interest of PSV and MPSV Vessel suppliers

Woodside Petróleo Operaciones de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. (“Company”), as Operator under Contract No. CNH-A1-TRION/2016, is currently progressing development of the Trion field in Mexico (“Project”). As part of the development Company will be required to secure the services of Support Vessels including Platform Support Vessels (PSVs) and Multipurpose Support Vessels (MPSVs).

PURPOSE OF THIS EOI

Company is soliciting the interest of PSV and MPSV Vessel suppliers (hereinafter referred to as “Contractors”) for the Project, experienced in supplying and/or building such vessels for Mexico deepwater, who can supply vessels with the specifications provided below. 

Interest of DFOS equipment suppliers

Woodside Petróleo Operaciones de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. (“Company”), as Operator under Contract No. CNH-A1-TRION/2016, is currently progressing development of the Trion field in Mexico (“Project”). As part of the development Company will be required to secure the services of a Distributed Fiber Optic Sensing (“DFOS”) equipment supplier.

PURPOSE OF THIS EOI

Company is soliciting the interest of DFOS equipment suppliers (hereinafter referred to as “Contractors”) for the Project, experienced in supplying DFOS equipment and services for deep-water projects. 

Call for Market Analysis – TRION Gathering System

The Market Analysis for the Trion field Gathering System is open. The Gathering System consists of an unprocessed natural gas gathering line running from the Trion field to the Sur de Texas-Tuxpan system.

Trion pipe supply

Woodside Petróleo Operaciones de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. (“Company”) is currently progressing development of the Trion field in Mexico (“Project”). As part of the development Company will be required to secure the services of a line pipe supplier.

PURPOSE OF THIS EOI

Company is soliciting the interest of reputable seamless (SMLS) pipe suppliers (hereinafter referred to as “Contractors”) for the Project, experienced in supplying pipe for deep-water projects. 

GGL Installation Services for the Trion Field

Woodside Petróleo Operaciones de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. (“Woodside” or “Company”) is currently progressing appraisal activities in the Trion field in Mexico to assess the viability of its development. If viable, the Trion field development will include a new 16-inch Gas Gathering Line (“GGL”).

Woodside is soliciting the interest of reputable Marine Installation Contractors (hereinafter referred to as “Contractors”) experienced in installing offshore pipelines in deepwater.  This EOI process may eventually lead to an invitation to tender for the Trion gas gathering line marine installation contract.

Marshalling of FPU for the Trion Field

Woodside Petróleo Operaciones de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. (“Woodside”) is currently progressing development of the Trion field in Mexico. Trion field is in Northern Mexican offshore Gulf of Mexico waters in approximately 2,550 meters water depth.  The development includes a semi-submersible Floating Production Unit (FPU).

As part of the development Woodside will be required to secure the services of a fabrication yard capable of supporting marshalling services for the Trion FPU, in preparation for offshore installation.

Woodside is soliciting the interest of reputable fabrication companies (hereinafter each one referred to as “Contractor” or “Company”) experienced in the construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning of offshore oil and gas production platforms, to execute the marshalling scope of work.
