Employment contract now includes gender to align with GRI 102-8.
Woodside determines employment category based on job level.
Diversity categories have been provided where appropriate. However, some information has not been included due to privacy reasons.
Includes performance review completed for permanent and fixed term employees who have worked at Woodside for more than three months during the period. The performance review completion rate metric excludes vacation and scholarship students, cadets, trainees, secondees, employees on parental leave, and senior leader roles.
